It's OK. Hotels in the north can't be too demanding. They can't compare with those in the south.

I was very busy that day. I made a temporary appointment, but I still didn't feel like borrowing it. The location is good, the price is OK, suitable for travel and accommodation. Internal service is also OK. I hope I can stay in this hotel in the future.

The taste in the room is very heavy. It's not like the five-star hotel at all. The supporting facilities are also very old, and the elevator is shaky.

It's nothing else. WiFi, I don't go at all. I can't work. At last, I answered the email with the email on my mobile phone. The WiFi in the hotel is not as good as my mobile phone signal, and the food is terrible. I won't live in Harbin next time.

The reason why I decided to change my itinerary temporarily was that I ordered two business single rooms only after 9:00 p.m. when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk of the hotel told me that the business single room was gone, so I upgraded the two suites directly. The check-in was very fast, the room facilities were good, the sanitary condition was good, and the night was quiet. The only fly in the ointment is that breakfast is inferior and does not match the star level. It would be good if we could improve it.

I often go to Harbin on business. The characteristics of hotels in this city, the grades and services of third tier cities, and the prices of first tier cities. Especially service awareness and training, northeast is the worst! This new Paris is fairly good. I have checked in many times, because I can't find anything more cost-effective near there.

    1. The location of the hotel is very easy to find, but at present there is road construction at the gate, so parking is not very convenient. 2. Relative to the price, the room area is slightly small. 3. The water in the toilet is a little too easy to get hot... The above problems. In a word, I'm very satisfied with the whole. It's clean and comfortable. There are many kinds of breakfast. The prices of Chinese and Western restaurants are also suitable. I don't know how to go to the spa because of the tight time. If you have the chance to come back to Harbin, you will come back here!

Give me an objective score of 3.5 points. First, the sanitation is relatively poor, including the public elevator. When the light shines on a layer of floating ash, the floor of the room looks very dirty. It seems that it hasn't been washed for many years. Some dead corners keep instant noodle bags and garbage????. Second, hotel service. A friend called the service center to ask for slippers. She called three times. Finally, Shanshan came late and reluctantly sent them up. If you want mineral water, tell me to go to the grocery store below. The hotel is too expensive!???? Hotel managers should consider how to develop the service industry and retain and attract consumers.
